Last Update Date: August 4, 2026
ArrowSpot Systems Ltd. values your privacy and respects your wish to protect the privacy of your contacts and activities (“ArrowSpot”, “we,” “our” or “us”), with all our websites and related sub-domains (the “Sites”) and with all our products, mobile applications, software, blogs, forums, channels and sharing services (together: the “Services”).
In that regard, we have established the following privacy policy (the "Policy") for the Services to regulate the collection, protection and handling of your personal and proprietary business information and your options regarding the protection of the privacy of such information (the "Information").
“Information”, as used in this Policy, is personally identifiable information that directly identifies an individual or entity, such as first and last name, entity registered name, mailing address, email address, billing information, IP addresses, demographics, passwords or other online contact information or telephone number. Furthermore, Information may include data concerning location, status, condition and security alerts of property and cargo of all types.
By accepting this Policy, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this Policy. This Policy is a part of and is incorporated into ArrowSpot’s Terms of Service and End user License Agreements associated with its Services.
Your continued use of our Services covered by this Policy constitutes your acceptance and agreement to this Policy and any updates thereof.
Should you reject this Policy, you must immediately cease any use of the Services and not accept nor confirm this Policy.
We collect Information in several ways:
Active Information Collection
We collect Information you provide us directly from application and registration forms, users profiles, sales, service calls and applications, software downloads, application downloads and CVs.
You are under no obligation to provide, and can decline to provide, any requested information at any time. However, if you decline to provide information that is reasonably necessary to participate in certain activities, you may not be able to participate in those activities on certain Services.
We shall not condition a participation in any activity on disclosing more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in that activity.
Passive Information Collection
We may receive passively-collected information through a variety of methods including but not limited to:
Information Collection using Cookies:
Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your device when you visit a website. Cookies are then sent back to the originating website on each subsequent visit, or to another website that recognizes that cookie. Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognize a user’s device.
ArrowSpot may collect cookies on our Services to capture information about page visits. This information is anonymous and ArrowSpot uses this information only internally – to deliver the most effective content to our visitors. Information from the cookie is used to gauge page popularity, analyze traffic patterns on our Services and guide development of other improvements to our Services.
In our email programs, ArrowSpot employs some tracking methods. We track “opens” via a tracking pixel in the email, meaning we track who opens our e-mail messages and when you open our e-mail messages; and we track “clicks” via encoded URLs-meaning we track whether you click on the links contained in our e-mail messages. This information is used internally only to help us deliver relevant messaging, and is not shared with any third parties.
ArrowSpot does not require that you accept cookies and you may withdraw your consent to our use of cookies at any time by adjusting your browser’s privacy settings. However, some functionality on our Sites (e.g., “functionality cookies”) and Services may be disabled if you decline to accept cookies.
You can find more information about cookies at:
https://www.allaboutcookies.org/ and http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/.

We may collect, use, and share with partners, service providers and licensees precise location data, including the real-time location of your mobile or fixed location device monitoring vehicles and different types of cargo, as well as readings of the cargo's temperature and humidity levels, the opening and closing of container doors, container's extreme shock movement and entrance or exit to a predefined location.
Third Parties Information Collection
Third-party analytics companies who collect information on our Sites may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other websites and/or other online or mobile products and services relating to your activities across their network of websites as well as online and/or mobile products and services. Many of these companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. It is your responsibility to be updated with such policies.
